Chicken BLT Tacos

  • 1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning 
  • 6 flour tortillas soft taco size
  • 6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
  • tomatoes diced
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • sour cream to taste
  • ranch dressing optional
  • cilantro chopped, to taste

  1. Drizzle a little olive oil over each chicken breast.
  2. Generously rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165-degrees.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cut chicken into slices or bite-sized dices and place on tortilla.
  6. Top with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
